AllAssured is owned by Trunk Tech Pte Ltd, UEN 201705723K, a registered company in Singapore.
The materials located on this Application, including the information as well as any software programmes available on or through this Application ("the Contents"), are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by Trunk Tech Pte Ltd.
In these Terms of Use, "we", "our" and "us" refers to Trunk Tech Pte Ltd and "you" and "your" is defined to any person who accesses and uses this Application. "Communications" means any communication including but not limited to communications by email between us and our users. "Contribution" means the contributions of the Member to the Application including but not limited to the text and/or images in the blog posts or elsewhere in the Application.
Updates and Revisions to Terms & Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions of Use may be changed from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your use of this Application after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms & Conditions of Use and all of the changes. Trunk Tech Pte Ltd is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Application or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Application, Users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Service.
Trunk Tech Pte Ltd is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or user communications.
Under no circumstances will Trunk Tech Pte Ltd be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of this Application or the Service, any Content posted on this Application or transmitted to Members, or any interaction or contact between users of this Application, whether online or offline.
Trunk Tech Pte Ltd does not, at any time, underwrite, originate, or issue insurance policies and / or insurance contracts. The underwriting, origination, and issuance of the insurance policies and / or insurance contracts are the sole provision and responsibility of the respective insurance company that a User may contract with through this AllAssured. Thus, any policies, liabilities, coverage, or responsibilities relating to an insurance policy purchased or reviewed through AllAssured (directly or indirectly) remain the sole province of the insurance company that provided that policy / contract. Furthermore, any claims or disputes in relation to policy / contract. We are unable to mediate, assist, convey, or dispute any claims or other issues related to the liability, coverage, or scope of any insurance product.
The contents contained herein have been obtained from sources represented to be reliable to Us, but no representation, express or implied, is made with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the information or opinions contained herein. We thus assume no responsibility and no consequential or other liability arising in any way from the use of the content, or parts thereof.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Trunk Tech Pte Ltd does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS/Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Singapore.
